How to recruit stars

This section is about how to recruit people who you don't get automatically. I hope I have everyone listed correctly! They're listed apporximatly in the order in which you encounter them, or are able to get them.

Mathiu - Talk to him in Seika
Camille - Talk to her in Kaku
Flik - Talk to him in Kaku
Tai-Ho - Win 5,000 bits from his dice game
Yam Koo - Get Tai-Ho
Sergei - Talk to him in Kaku once you have a castle
Marie - Once you have a castle, talk to her in Seika
Onil - Talk to her in Seika
Chandler - Talk to him at The Fortess of Kwaba once you have a castle
Rock - Talk to him in Lepant's House in Kouan
Juppo - Talk to him in Lepant's Mansion in Kouan
Maas - Talk to him in The Great Forest, west/human side
Sansuke - Talk to him in The Great Forest, west/human side
Gaspar - Found in Tai Ho's House in Kaku. Play his dice game and win at least 5,000 bits
Viki - Talk to her when she appears in the Great Forest Path
Meese - Talk to him in The Dwarven Village
Templeton - Return to The Burnt Village of the Elves after leaving
Kwanda - Spare his life after you defeat him at Panuu Yakuta
Gon - Go to The Great Forest, east/Kobold side, with Kuromimi in your party
Fu Su Lu - Found in The Great Forest, east/Kobold side. Joins if you pay 10,000 bits for his food
Lorelai - Talk to her in Kouan once your main character is at least level 30
Humphrey - must get Flik
Antonio - Once Marie asks for a cook, talk to him in Seika
Apple - Talk to her in Seika, in Mathiu's School
Kai - Talk to him in Garan
Hellion - Talk to her in Teien
Meg - Talk to her in Kaku with Juppo in your party
Sheena - Have Lepant in your party when you talk to him in Seika
Gem - Use the boat in Rikon to try to cross the Rapids to the south. Then, talk to Gen in Teien
Kamandohl - must get Gen
Mina - Have Toe Shoes equipped when you talk to her in Antei
Kimberly - Talk to her in Antei once prompted by Mathiu
Tesla - must get Kimberly first
Chapman - Talk to him in Antei
Jeane - Talk to her in Antei
Liukan - rescue him from Soniere Prison
Milich - After defeating him at Scarletecia, spare his life
Georges - Found in Kirov. Beat the record time in his game
Sarah - Get soap for her
Blackman - Talk to him in Kalekka. He will join if you do not step on his plants (exit and re-enter if you do)
Kessler - Talk to him at The Secret Factory
Ledon - Talk to him at The Secret Factory
Kage - Hire him for 20,000 bits at The Secret Factory
Kun To - Joins in Kirov once you have the Fire Spears
Lester - Taste all the stews in Kirov, then go to Kun To's House
Melodye - Found in Kirov. Give Melodye the Sound Crystal, found in Kalekka
Kirke - Re-enter Lorimar after exiting, then talk to him
Marco - When you find Marco in The Warriors' Village, win 5,000 bits playing the cup game
Hugo - Found in Qlon Temple. Bring him the War Scroll item, found in the cave behind the temple
Morgan - Talk to him in Qlon Temple
Window - Find the Window Crystal hidden in Qlon Temple's cave (fourth screen, search southren wall for hidden door), then talk to him in The Warriors' Village
Moose - Talk to him in The Warriors' Village with Maas, Meese, and Mose in your party
Rubi - Talk to Rubi at the Inn of the Great Forest, east/Kobold side. Kirkis must be in your party and at least level 40. You may also need Slyvina and Stallion.
Lotte - When she asks you to find her cat, catch it in Kaku then talk to her
Ivanov - Talk to him in Scarletecia once Milich is defeated
Kasios - Talk to her in Scarletecia with Milich in your party
Qlon - Talk to him in Antei once Milich is defeated
Esmeralda - Found in Antei. Give her the Opal, won from Nightmares in Soniere Prison or Scarletecia
Eikei - Talk to him in Teien once the Hero is at least level 40
Zen - Found in Qlon Temple. Give him the red, yellow, and blue flower seeds
Fuma - Talk to him at The Dragon Knights' Fortress. He can be found hiding outside, on the east wall
Kreutz - Talk to him at The Dragon Knights' Fortess with Humphrey in your party
Joshua - Talk to him in The Dragon Knights' Fortress after the dragons are cured, and he'll join
Anji - Take Tai Ho and Yam Koo to The Pirates' Fortress and beat the pirates in a fight. I think it's timed, so don't try to take them out one at a time. In my party, I had Hero, Milia, Tai Hoo, Yam Ko, Rubi, and another Elf. Assign two of your characters to each of the pirates, and do the Wild Arrow unite every once in a while.
Leonardo - get Anji
Kanak - Get Anji
Quincy - Talk to him in Garan once you have at least 80 recruits
Pesmerga - Once you have 95 recruits, go back to the top floor of Neclord's Castle
Crowley - Search the southern walls in Qlon cave. He will join when you have about 95 stars. Go about 7 screens and search the south wall for a flat spot where a hidden door is.
Mace - Talk to him in Seek Valley with the four Blacksmiths in your party
Leon - As soon as you have 95 recruits, talk to Leon in Kalekka. He mentions Mathiu. Talk to Mathiu, then to Leon again, and he will join
Griffith - He joins after you beat his army at The Northern Checkpoint
Vincent - After rescuing Viktor and Warren from Moravia Castle, go back and rescue Vincent
Maximillian - Re-enter The Northern Checkpoint
Sancho - Get Maximillian
Sonya - After you defeat her at Shasarazade, she will be in the basement of your castle. Talk to her to recruit
Jabba - Talk to him in Rikon once you have a Nameless Urn, won from Holly Fairies in the nearby area
Clive - Found on the bottom floor of the Inn at Rikon before the last battle, up and left from the cashier. Shows up randomly, or after 95 recruits. If you don't see him, leave Rikon and go back into the Inn, do this until he shows up.
